For our export team in Wondelgem, we are looking for a customer service representative. You will mainly be responsible for the complete handling of an export shipment. To achieve this, you will inform all stakeholders with the correct information. You will also provide necessary sales support to the export managers.
What is expected of you?
The enthusiasm is contagious! You are very strong administratively, creating export documents and certificates, managing contracts, interpreting and applying Incoterms... all combined with a natural commercial flair. As an administrative employee in the internal service, you are very efficient and get a "YES-feeling" when you have processed the export shipment correctly.
Customer satisfaction is your top priority, just like maintaining very accurate administration and follow-up. You are a real team player, willing to step in for colleagues when needed.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. Mastery of these languages is considered a valuable addition to the position.
