As E-commerce Business Manager, you are responsible for developing a third commercial department within Laroy Group that is fully focused on e-commerce and digital platforms. In this role, you define the strategic vision and set up the appropriate structures. This is an entrepreneurial position with real impact, where you help shape how digital commerce is organized and developed within the group.
What is expected of you?
Strategy & Vision
- Developing and implementing a clear e-commerce strategy
- Building a long-term vision for digital platforms and commercial growth
Hands-on Execution & Results
- Setting up, executing, and optimizing digital activities (starting with Amazon)
- Creating direct impact on revenue, margins, and brand performance
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Close collaboration with the CEO, commercial management, marketing, and logistics teams
- Bridging the gap between strategy and execution within the commercial organization
Leadership & Ownership
- Working autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility
- Over time, build a team and structure, and take ownership of digital growth
